Revisions and what to expect...
Process:
• Pre-conference form required, but meeting optional per educator's request
• Self-assessments and walkthroughs optional (encouraged as best practice and will be up to administration to allow formal walkthroughs)
• Track Number of Observations
• New Teachers: 1 announced, 3 unannounced
• Level 1 & 2: ICC, 1 announced, 3 unannounced
• Level 3 & 4: 1 announced, 2 unannounced
• Level 5: 1 announced, 1 unannounced
• Observation scores released prior to post-conference
• Educators provide lesson reflection and scoring within 24 hours of the observation, but evidence per indicator is optional.
